However, in some cases, due to inventory availability, orders may be shipped internationally even if there is a fulfillment center in the same country. Your image will be hand inspected, provided with a protective sleeve and placed in art security packaging.
What packaging do you use?
We use various local printing locations around the world to minimize carbon emissions and for this reason we have chosen a more minimal and environmentally friendly packaging option.
Orders containing both prints and frames will be shipped flat together in the same packaging back to back, with the print in its own protective sleeve. We don't offer a framing service yet, but we're working on it!
Orders containing prints only will be delivered in either a sturdy cardboard tube or thick cardboard packaging, depending on production location.
In some cases we ship items from different locations, so an order may contain multiple packages and tracking links.
With standard shipping, tracking is not guaranteed. We send every shipment that we can safely store in an A4 envelope as a letter without a tracking number. This allows the postman to deliver your goods even if you are not at home. Shipments that exceed this amount are sent as parcels or parcels and therefore also receive a tracking number.
